A hard-working and fast paced young woman passionate about working with different people, and learning while putting theory into practice. Right after her graduation at college and no experience in Employer Branding (EB), Ingrid (or Lila) had the opportunity to develop the Employer Branding department from scratch at Loft (the fattest startup to become a unicorn in Brazil with just 16 months of operation).
